When running in-person participants, you will record sessions through your Zoom. This is also how parents will be able to watch their child participate!

To make this easier, everyone will put their personal Duke Zoom link onto this Google Doc: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1SD2ZfiAVNj97-R0fIXrDmhhbRy8m9DcKHyXVeHDlAGs/edit?usp=sharing

Steps:

  1. Sign into your Duke Zoom account (it is very important that it is your Duke Zoom account, otherwise you won’t be able to access Zoom Pro and record to the cloud)

    1. Log in through your organization duke.zoom.us

  2. Make sure that you have selected “use my personal meeting ID (PMI)”

  3. Then click the arrow next to the number, and click copy meeting link

  4. Add link to doc next to your name
